定義 (Definition)

發貨人向貨運代理或船公司提供的裝船指示文件，載明收發貨人資訊、貨物描述、嘜頭等提單所需資料。

Document provided by shipper to forwarder/carrier with shipping details including consignee, cargo description, marks for B/L issuance.

實務範例 (Example)

S/I 需包含：發貨人、收貨人、通知人、貨物品名數量、嘜頭、運費條件（Prepaid/Collect）、提單類型（Original/Seaway Bill）等資訊。
